Welcome to the buy design services page. We aim to offer a personalised service to suit not only our clients but also the property that we are working on. For this reason we do not offer quotations without viewing a property. However, we do offer a free consultation service with no ties whereby we can gather ideas and options to suit the budget that you have in mind. Examples of past project prices will follow.

Each show home that we have worked on has sold within weeks of being completed. This is proof once again that interiors sell properties. Developers that we have worked with in the past will agree that with a helping hand their sales will be accelerated by the extra care and attention buy design can offer. Our follow on service means that a potential buyer will be able to view a show home and perhaps be able to buy a similar home which can be customized to suit them.

Our guided tour will take you into the centre of our working day, and offer you a good basis for getting started if you are new to the island or unsure of where to start.

What will be included in your Buy Design Service?
*Your first consultation will be absolutely free. This is your chance to show us around your property and discuss what you would like to achieve.
*Once we have decided on which type of service you would like whether it be a full furniture package or a partial home restyle, we will present you with our ideas and propose a budget.
*We are able to offer an extremely reliable database of contacts for all of your needs within the fields of Plumbing, tiling, General building, Carpentry, Satellite & Alarm installation, Electrics, painting & weather proofing, gardening, home maintenance & management services, pool and spa maintenance/installations, and much more.
*The next step is to source furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories.
We have a very high standard with regards to the furnishings and fabrics that we shop for. Quality and not quantity. This does not rule out using a large general house ware company. If a client is happy for us to go in that direction we can achieve equally high standards on the end result. However, It is worth remembering that quality furnishings (as pictured in our gallery) will always be highly recommended, especially in a rental property where the product will be more likely to stand the test of time.
*The final part of our service is to fit your property. This includes installation of lights, furniture assembly, hanging curtains, pictures mirrors, fitting bathroom accessories and of course cleaning as we go!
